Probyto AI, provides you the ability to share one Platform among multiple users with multiple user accounts, related to different purposes. To do this, each user account is associated with a user role that describes the way the user is going to interact with Probyto AI platform.

Probyto AI platforms also provides its users Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), to strengthen the security of online account of the user. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is a security system that requires two distinct forms of identification in order to access something.

To add or edit users details, follow these steps:
Step-1 Click on the Admin Panel Tab located in the last of the Navigation panel of your Probyto AI.

step-2 Now, click on the User Management Option.

  • At the top there is a section where you will be able to see details such as- Total Users, Departments, Active Users etc.
  • To add add users,-
    Step-1. click on the Add User button, given at the right side of the screen.

Step-2. Fill all the necessary details, given in the form.
Probyto AI also provides an additional feature of 2FA, to strengthen the security of users account.
You can toggle the 2FA security option, To activate and deactivate 2FA security.

Probyto AI provides you some additional features such as-

  1. Search Bar- Where you can search for the User, you have created.
  2. Filter- Located on the Home screen of User Management, you can filter the users according to your needs.
  3. Action- This button is located on the Home screen of User Management, you can view and edit the user details. You can also opt-out of 2FA, and can change the activation status, according to your need.
